4 quart plain popped popcorn
½ cup brown sugar
⅛ cup light corn syrup
¼ cup margarine
¼ cup Bakers Choice lotus cream
Bring the brown sugar, corn syrup and margarine to a boil. Stir for 2 minutes then remove from flame and mix in the lotus cream. Immediately pour over popped popcorn and mix well until all popcorns are fully coated.
