Lotus Apple Turnovers

These apple turnovers are deliciously sweet and super easy to make! With only 3 ingredients, it’s a perfect dessert that you can whip up in just a few minutes.

Ingredients:

1 pkg. precut flaky dough
2 apples peeled and sliced
1 heaping Tbsp. Bakers Choice lotus cream

Directions:

Mix together apples and lotus cream.
Place one Tbsp. apple filling in the center of each dough. Fold dough over, forming a triangle and press around edges to seal.
Bake at 400 for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown.
Dust with confectioners sugar.
